What are the advantages of the syntax you used to transform your string? Even on lower level languages I never saw it (well, I'm still a FullStack junior though XD) so where does it come from?

The idea is to use the reverse-function which is built in arrays. <pre class='brush: javascript'>[...v] </pre> will transform our string v into an array of chars <pre class='brush: javascript'>[..."asdf"] -> ["a", "s", "d", "f"] </pre> alternatives are <pre class='brush: javascript'>"asdf".split('') </pre> or <pre class='brush: javascript'>Array.from("asdf") </pre> after reversing, simply join the chars into a string back
