ErrUchIsDown, Moore Neighborhood (Home)

Good day,

Moore Neighborhood doesn't appear to be working at this time. On submit, got "ErrUchIsDown" error in the CheckiO console window. The "Check results" panel is also stuck on "Loading... (1)". Tried resetting the code and submitting the default code - still the same problem. The default function prototype also appears to be missing parameters for the x and y coordinates.

P.S. I wasn't sure on where to make this report. The CheckiO Handbook stated that bug reports should not be made on forum, but I couldn't find the "Live Help button". Where can I familiarize myself with the appropriate format for bug reports? Thank you.
