Hello! I am unable to rate other people's solutions, it says: "Access to solutions of other users is temporary blocked."
It's been days since this message appeared, could anybody explain to me why? I do not think I harmed anyone, did not give any minus points as far as I remember, usually trying to give points to a solution that is simple and clear to me.
I am not a native speaker but should not there be temporarily in the message?
